Frequently Asked Questions about the Wordfast User Conference
Is my registration refundable?
Attendees who cancel their participation no later than 45 days before the planned event date may receive a refund of their registration fees, minus a 20% administrative fee. Partial refunds may be made no later than 15 days before the planned event date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations beyond that point. Refunds will be processed 30 days after receiving written notification of cancellation. Cancellations must be requested by writing to the organizers.

I live in or near Lisbon or won't be needing a hotel. Can I register without having to pay for the hotel?
Yes, the conference registration fee does not include your hotel stay. If you want to stay at the conference hotel, please download this reservation form and send it to them directly for your reservation and booking. However, we have a limited block of rooms so book early if you want to stay at the conference hotel!

I would like to book extra nights at the conference hotel. How can I do this?
Please download this reservation form and send it to the Hotel Estoril Eden to reserve your room. They have both sea and courtyard views, so book early to get the best view.
