Thursday Afternoon - Beach Volleyball
Who said that translators only sit behind a computer all day?!? After the distillery visit, we’ll head to the beach and divide up into teams based on different affinities (tool, profession, or other) for a fun, round robin tournament. If you’re not a volleyball player, join us to cheer on your favorite team! We will update this page soon with more details.
Thursday Night - WELCOME RUM & DINNER
Meet up at a local beach restaurant for a choose your own adventure informal dinner. We’ll seat you at tables based on topics you are interested in discussing. Topics will be shared with registered attendees as we get closer to the event. This is also your chance to meet up with friends from previous years or get to know a few people before the conference kicks off.
Conference participants and their guests can expect the following three-course menu*:

Friday Night - 20-YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY
Bring out your best white attire with a red or blue accessory for your 20-year anniversary party. Don’t forget your dancing shoes as there will be live entertainment!

Saturday Night - FAREWELL DINNER
We will close the conference with a farewell dinner in Le Marin at the Zanzibar Restaurant. We’ve reserved part of the 2nd floor terrace, overlooking the bay.
