Updating Translation Memory

To update Translation Memory with new content:

  1. Ensure that the Translation Memory Read only is not selected and that appropriate update options are selected. Refer to Creating Translation Memory.
  2. Navigate source segments by one of the following methods:

    • Click Next to move to the next translatable segment or press Alt+Down

    • Click Previous to return to the previous translatable segment or press Alt+Up

    • To commit the translated segment to the Translation Memory, and remain in the same segemnt, click Commit or press Alt+End

    As you move through segments they are saved automatically to the Translation Memory.
