Recalculate the Progress of a File

Use Recalculate Progress to calculate and update the progress of translated files, especially files created or edited in legacy versions. When you open a legacy file, the progress bar contains the N/A flag to denote that it will not calculate progress. Use the recalculate action to update the progress and word count.

To recalculate the progress of a file:

  1. On the File tab, click Recalculate Progress.
  2. Review the progress bar for current file status.

    The progress is updated to display the % Complete status of the file.
