Filters preferences allow you to configure the file format filters for importing content from a particular software application to Wordfast Pro.
To configure file format filters:
Select Preferences from the Wordfast drop-down menu.
Click Filters under New Project Preferences.
Select a filter configuration from the Extract numbers drop-down list to define the filter action on source segments that contain only numbers.
all
Extract all segments with only numbers for translation
time_date_measure
Extract only segments with time and date
none
Do not extract any segments with only numbers
To select the file filter settings for the open project, click a filter to list the current settings in the Format Settings pane.
(Optional) Change settings in the Format Settings pane. The options are specific to the file filter you select.
(Optional) Add a custom file filter for a filter you need that is not already in the list by clicking Add.
On the New Filter dialog, click the Choose file format drop-down menu and select a format from the list you want to use as a template for the new filter.
Enter a filter name in the Filter Name field, and then verify your configuration is correct in the Format Settings pane.
