As you work on a file, save your changes as often as makes sense.
To save your work:
Save File As Translated
Save the active file to a local folder.
Save
Save the active file to a local folder with the existing file name.
Save As
Save the active file to a local folder under a different name.
A pop-up progress bar displays. After successful completion, the save action updates the file in a local folder.
