Recalculate Progress

Use Recalculate Progress to calculate and update the progress of translated files, particularly files created or edited in legacy versions. When you open a legacy file, the progress bar contains the N/A flag to denote that it will not calculate progress. Use the recalculate action to update the progress and word count.

Refer to Chain Files to recalculate progress of multiple files.

To recalculate progress of a file:

  1. Click Recalculate Progress.
  2. Verify the progress bar reflects the current status of the file.

    The progress updates to reflect the current % Complete status of the file.
