To unconfirm or confirm all segments from the Translation tab:
Select and open the project.
From the Project Files tab, double-click the file.
The file appears in the Translation workspace. The first translatable segment appears in a blue background, and the cursor appears in the target segment by default.

Enter a translation for each segment, or leverage the target segments from the Translation Memory.
Click the Unconfirm / Confirm All drop-down on the, and select from the menu:
Click one of the following:
Unconfirm All (or press Alt+Shift+Enter)
Confirm All (or press Ctrl+Shift+Enter)
The Unconfirm symbol appears next to the segments in the Status column, as shown in the following example.
