Exporting Projects

A GlobalLink Package of project files comprises everything for a project. Using the Export Package option, a project can be uploaded to Project Director as well as transfered to another Wordfast Pro installation without requiring a manual setup of the project on the receiving Wordfast Pro.

To export a project package (GLP):

  1. On the Projects dashboard, select the project.
  2. Click Export Package.

    The Export Package dialog opens as shown in the following figure.

  3. Make the appropriate selections and select a folder to receive the package.
  4. Click Export.

    The export GLP is built and saved to the selected folder. This GLP file can now be passed on to a different Wordfast Pro installation.
