The file analysis process uses Translation Memory in executing a pre-translation (see Analysis Dashboard). To analyze files:
- Open Wordfast Pro and select a project.
The following Project Files dashboard opens.

- Select the project.
- Click Open Project on the Project List dashboard as shown in the figure below.

- Click Analyze on the dashboard.
The Analyze window appears. Select the file(s) to be analyzed as shown in the example below.
- Select the appropriate settings and provide export report information as needed.
- Click Analyze.
The Analyze Progress bar appears.
The analysis completes and the Report File is presented.
